Within the uniquely leafy and affluent London borough of Hampstead, our client, Linton, developed a state-of-the-art new build apartment complex, targeting a demographic that was different from those already residing there.

Our challenge: how do we reflect the personality of the new building in the midst of this historical area? It is a rarity, a ‘one-of-a-kind’, an individual. So, the answer was simple, like flowers growing on The Heath, or people relaxing on the hillside; the difference is beauty. Treating each apartment type as a majestic native flower, the visual impression is grounded and natural like the area, but with a diverse, colourful expression that represents the variety of new life.
